We collect the details you send us through our contact and early-access forms - name, work email, company, job title, region, portfolio size and your message. We also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, assess early-access fit, and keep you informed about CAI product availability. We do not sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for marketing.
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to business contacts, and on consent where you have asked to receive product updates. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a customer.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to team members who need it, under role-based access control, with audit logging in place.
Under UK GDPR and equivalent regulations you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. Email hello@caibuild.com and we will respond within one month.
